I am a conscientious professional with extensive experience in World Cuisines, Administration, Management and Customer Relations. Being appointed the title of “Chef de Cuisine” with The Fat Duck brings me new challenges & keeps my goal driven. I am highly organised and an efficient individual whose through and precise approach to the work at hand has yielded excellent results.
My mission for Chopsticks & Chutney is to bring all flavours of Asia under one roof. Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Burmese and of course our Bangladeshi & Mughali cuisines.
The restaurant will be controlled by strict Health & Safety measures and the HACCP methods will be maintained. Young chefs will be trained and groomed to the highest level to cook food with a Fusion twist.
